Assessment

To ensure a solid basis for decision, we use personality tests and intelligence, as part of the recruitment process. Testing can not stand alone, but should be included as a component of the overall assessment of whether that is the right match between candidate and leadership and business.

Often it is both the candidate that the team of people from the company, the candidate will work with being tested. It creates more clarity on whether there is a match, which is essential for future success for both the candidate as a company.
